HRL Morrison & Co (Morrison & Co) has appointed Deion Campbell, former CEO of Tilt Renewables, as Operating Partner, to support its expanding investment portfolio in the renewable energy sector. Campbell brings more than 25 years of operational experience in developing, building and operating renewable energy assets, most recently through senior executive roles at Trustpower and Tilt Renewables. He is highly regarded for his entrepreneurial approach, developing high-performance cultures, nurturing long-term partnerships with suppliers and award-winning sustainability initiatives for local communities.
Sophie Hubert has been named as the new Chief Commercial Officer for IQ-EQ France, to continue successful development in the region. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Hubert is an expert in relationship management and business growth. Prior to joining IQ-EQ France, she held senior management roles for key players in the private equity sector and brings with her specialist knowledge in developing corporate and fund services for alternative assets. As Chief Commercial Officer, France, Hubert will be working closely with the CEO of IQ-EQ France to deploy the development strategy of the French business
Capsa Healthcare (Capsa), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP), has acquired the Humanscale Healthcare division of Humanscale Corporation (Humanscale Healthcare). Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.   Based in New York, Humanscale Healthcare is a market leader in next generation point-of-care solutions that advance caregiver and patient safety, engagement and satisfaction.  Capsa, a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners VI, is a provider of workflow products that increase efficiency and reduce costs, enhance medication security, and tighten inventory control across healthcare settings worldwide. 
Inflexion has appointed Jennie Galbraith to the new role of ESG Director. Galbraith, who brings over 20 years of experience in driving sustainability across a range of organisations, is an expert in sustainability and was a founding force behind the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, where she serves as Chair of the Board.  Most recently she served as Group Head of ESG at FTSE 100 company BAT where she was responsible for establishing its sustainability agenda and overseeing its development and implementation. She has also received a “Game Changer” award from HRH Prince Charles in recognition of her achievements
WTW has appointed Kate Hollis as Global Head of Credit, Manager Research, in its Investments business. In this role, Hollis is responsible for a team of over fifteen people and the ratings and performance of all Credit products representing in excess of USD250 billion of assets across WTW’s global client base. She has been promoted from her role leading the Traditional Credit research team. She will remain an Investment Committee member for WTW’s alternative credit fund (Towers Watson Investment Management Alternative Credit Fund). Hollis joins the Manager Research leadership team whose members also include Chris Redmond, Head of Manager Research;
Slate Asset Management (Slate), a global alternative investment platform targeting real assets, has launched an impact investment strategy focused on infrastructure and appointed Christian Schmid as Managing Director and Global Head of Infrastructure. Schmid will lead the firm’s new Cities and Communities Impact Infrastructure Strategy, which will target infrastructure assets that advance the global energy transition and drive reductions in carbon emissions associated with our cities and communities. Schmid has more than 15 years of experience in public and private infrastructure investments, having led the origination and execution of infrastructure transactions valued at approximately USD40 billion across Europe, North America
Nordic real estate investor NREP has appointed Heather Mulahasani as a Partner. Mulahasani will be based in NREP’s growing London office, and will play a pivotal role as NREP further explores challenges across the urban ecosystem. Mulahasani has held various senior roles at Goldman Sachs over a twenty-year period, most recently as one of two Partners leading its European Infrastructure team responsible for investing a USD2.5 billion infrastructure equity fund. Prior to this, she acted as Managing Director and then Partner within Goldman Sachs’ real estate team, driving its growth into evolving geographies including the Nordics, Germany, UK, France, Spain.
