Mid-market private equity investor Livingbridge has appointed Rebecca Osman and Nick Manning as investment director and investment manager respectively.
Osman joins Livingbridge from Travelopia, which owns the world’s largest collection of specialist travel brands, where she was an executive board member. Prior to this she worked at TUI Group in various M&A, strategy and transformation roles. Osman, started her career at BDO, where she qualified as a chartered accountant, and earlier this month was featured in the inaugural Women to Watch in Hospitality, Travel and Leisure Index 2019 by MBS and WiH2020.

Stephens, an international corporate finance advisory business, has appointed Robin Brown as Managing Director, Technology.
Brown joins Stephen’s integrated tech sector team, based across the US and Europe. He joins from BDO Corporate Finance where he was Managing Director and Head of the Tech and Media A&M team.
Brown’s appointment follow Stephen’s recent hire of Simon Tilley, who is responsible for European sponsor coverage.

Drooms, a provider of secure cloud solutions, is continuing its international expansion by strengthening its business development teams covering southern Europe and the UK and by opening new offices in Barcelona and Madrid.
Javier Meseguer has been appointed as General Manager Southern Europe. Based in Madrid, he will report to Steffen Schaack, Senior Vice President Global Business Development, and will oversee Drooms’ business expansion in real estate, corporate finance and M&A in Spain, Portugal and Italy.

CVC-backed Omada, a provider of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) software and cloud delivered IGA services, has appointed Michael Garrett as CEO.
IGA services improve the compliance and IT security, manage secure access across all corporate systems, ensure employee access is compliant with access policies and help automate IT processes for better efficiency.
Garrett has experience in software and services, most recently working as CEO for Workshare, a UK-based provider of secure enterprise file sharing and collaboration applications.
Garrett will bring his global software experience to the existing leadership team enabling the acceleration of Omada’s growth.

Jeffrey Norton has rejoined O’Melveny as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Finance group, having seen the first 20 years of his career at there.
A leveraged finance advisor, Norton most recently practiced at two other international law firms, serving as US managing partner and finance practice head at one. In addition to advising direct lenders, middle-market banks, private equity sponsors, and large corporations in domestic and cross-border transactions, Norton has served for more than a decade as counsel to a number of leading international banks.

Private equity house WestBridge has further expanded its team with the appointment of Rebecca Sinclair as Investment Executive.
A graduate of the University of Durham, Sinclair joined the HSBC Corporate Banking Graduate Scheme, securing a Diploma in Banking Practice and Finance.
Over a period of three years, she contributed to the successful completion of over 40 transactions and became the youngest person to be promoted to Senior Associate in its leveraged finance team.
At WestBridge, Sinclair will support the investment team with deal origination, deal execution and portfolio management, specifically in London and the Midlands.

Callan, an institutional investment consulting firm, has hired Catherin Beard, CFA, as senior vice president in the expanding Alternatives Consulting group.
Beard is to join the Chicago office and will provide consulting and research across alternatives, with a particular focus on private credit and diversifying strategies. She will report to Pete Keliuotis, executive vice president and head of alternatives consulting at Callan.
