Victory Park Capital (VPC) has appointed Olibia Stamatoglou as chief financial officer (CFO). Based in Chicago, Stamatoglou will oversee the finance and accounting functions of the firm and assist in compliance and other business and fund operations. Stamatoglou assumes the role from Jeff Schneider, who joined the firm as chief financial officer in 2010. In January 2018, Schneider was promoted to chief operating officer, continuing to serve in his role as chief financial officer, until the firm could find a replacement. Stamatoglou will take over the role of chief financial officer, effective October 28, and Schneider will continue to act
