Principle Capital has appointed Raymond Lau as a Vice President of the firm, effective 2 January 2019.
Lau has over 17 years of financial industry experience and was the Managing Director of Lau Equity, a family investment office that invests across a broad range of sectors and geographic areas in private equity, public equity, fixed income and real estate. Prior to Lau Equity, he worked at GE Asset Management for nine years. Allison Winchester has joined RedRidge Diligence Services as an Associate Director. Located in Chicago, she will oversee the scoping, budgeting and scheduling of the lender diligence field exams both domestically and abroad.
Winchester will also help maintain RedRidge’s strong reputation for high-quality deliverables by assisting in the review process as well as coordinating internally the lender diligence portfolio.

Investec Corporate and Investment Banking (Investec) has appointed Ben Bourne, Michael Donnelly and Salvatore Caruso as it strengthens its equity research team.
Bourne has joined Investec to head the capital goods research team. He has 15 years’ experience as an equity research analyst and joins from Liberum, where he led the UK capital goods equity research team from 2010. His research coverage encompassed aerospace and defence, industrial engineering, electrical equipment, support services and the tech hardware sector. Prior to this, he was the industrials analyst at Oriel Securities.

Keliuotis, who is based in the Summit, NJ office, will report to Callan’s President James Callahan, CFA.
