Natixis today announced two key personnel appointments in support of the continued growth of its Energy & Natural Resources sector for the Americas platform.
Tim Polvado has been appointed as Head of Energy & Natural Resources, Americas, expanding on his previous role as Head of US Energy. He will report locally to Benjamin Sirgue, Head of Strategic Sectors & Distribution, Americas and globally to Dominique Fraisse, Global Head of Energy & Natural Resources. Second, Natixis has appointed Nathaniel “Nat” Raggette as Managing Director, Senior Oil & Gas Banker. Nat will report to Tim Polvado.

Chicago-based financial firm, Rush Street Capital, has added two new associates its team; Patrick Kelly and James Sheehan. Both associates joined the firm in August 2018, and will work out of the Chicago headquarters location at 125 S Clark Street.
Patrick Kelly has over five years’ experience in the financial services industry, most recently with West Suburban Bank as a Senior Underwriter in their Commercial Lending division. In this role Patrick was a vital member of the Bank’s lending practices to Chicago based companies. Patrick Kelly is a University of Kentucky graduate.

Sixpoint Partners, an adviser serving the middle-market private equity industry, has appointed Richard Siegel as Vice President on its Capital Solutions team.
In his new role, Siegel will be responsible for due diligence, execution and origination efforts in the secondaries and co-investment markets.
Siegel brings over a decade of experience to Sixpoint, having worked in a number of different roles within private equity. Most recently, Siegel was a Director in the Private Equity Group within the Merchant Banking Division of Opus Bank. Previously, he was an Investment Analyst at Spectrum Group Management. London-listed service provider JTC has promoted alternative fund specialist James Tracey to Managing Director of its Guernsey office.

Dutch private equity firm Ramphastos Investments’ founder and CEO, Marcel Boekhoorn, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Mazarine Energy following an agreement for the acquisition of an equity stake in the Dutch subsurface driven oil & gas Exploration & Production company by Ramphastos.
Boekhoorn, Founder and CEO of Ramphastos, will become non-executive board member alongside Chairman Marcel van Poecke (Managing Director for Carlyle International Energy Partners), Eric Faillenet (Director for Carlyle International Energy Partners) and Mazarine Energy founder and CEO Edward van Kersbergen.
