Clayton, Dubilier & Rice has appointed Bruno Deschamps, a seasoned executive with a distinguished career leading and advising both public and private industrial and services enterprises globally, as an Operating Advisor to CD&R funds.
Deschamps is Chairman of the Board of Diversey (HQ: Charlotte, NC – USA), a specialist in hygiene & sanitation products, services, and solutions to the institutional and industrial markets. He also served as Chairman of the Advisory Board of Kloeckner Pentaplast (HQ: Montabaur, Germany), one of the world’s largest suppliers of films for pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, electronics, and general packaging.

Law firm Morrison & Foerster has appointed Benoit Lavigne as a partner in the finance practice in the firm’s London office.
Lavigne (pictured), who has a wealth of experience in complex, cross-border finance matters, comes to Morrison & Foerster from Ropes & Gray, and is the third partner to join the firm’s London office in 2018, following the additions of Caroline Jury, also a highly experienced finance partner who joined from Clifford Chance, and Dan Coppel, a corporate partner who joined from Jones Day.

Adam Hewitson (pictured), has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UK accountancy and professional services provider Throgmorton, part of Link Asset Services.
The current Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Deputy CEO of the business, Hewitson replaces Andrew Rubio who will move to the newly created position of Chairman, both positions effective on 1 October 2018.
Rubio joined Throgmorton in 2002 to establish the accounting function at the business and was subsequently appointed CEO in 2009. Andrew has been instrumental in Throgmorton’s continuous growth, overseeing the business as it has grown from three to over 145
Private equity fund administrator Gen II Fund Services (Gen II) has appointed Edward Poletti as a Senior Advisor.
Before joining Gen II, Ed spent twenty four years at Credit Suisse building and managing one of the world’s largest global alternative fund operations businesses.

Manoj was formerly Managing Director and Head of Absolute Return and Credit at Partners Capital. CPI is the private investment office of the Capricorn Group, a family-owned global alternative asset manager.

MUFG Investor Services (MUFG), the global asset servicing arm of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, has appointed Oliver Scully as Head of EMEA Sales and David Sarfas as Global Head of Private Equity.
They will be based in London and report to Mike McCabe, Managing Director, Global Head of Business Development, and John Sergides, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, respectively.
