Livingstone, an international mid-market M&A and debt advisory firm, has appointed three new team members in London. Livingstone has added to its media and technology sector team with the appointment of Hannah Pettitt as associate director and Christina Franzeskides as analyst, with Ian Guilfoyle joining the industrial sector team as associate. 
 Pettitt previously worked at Deloitte for three years focusing on a range of sell-side and buy-side transactions.   Franzeskides joins from PwC where she spent three years working with clients in the financial services sector practice before joining the firm’s specialist valuations team.   At Livingstone, both Pettitt and
Demica, a provider of working capital solutions to major corporates and banks, has made further multi-jurisdictional appointments to the firm’s origination team. Angel Blanco has been appointed as origination director, Enrique Jimenez as senior supply chain finance origination director and Marc Wolf as origination director.    As origination director, Blanco has responsibility for originating receivables finance, trade receivables securitisations and supply chain finance programs mainly for Spanish and Portuguese multinational corporates and financial institutions. As part of Demica’s commitment to offering in-market accessibility to its clients, he will be co-located in Spain and London.    Blanco joins Demica from Santander
Middle market private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital has expanded its team with the addition of Alison Miller, who has joined the firm as director. Miller is focused on sourcing new investment opportunities that fit Wynnchurch's operations-oriented investment approach. Boutique asset manager Unigestion has moved its London-based staff into new London headquarters in Stratford Place, W1. Since the beginning of 2016, Unigestion’s London team has increased from 25 to 40 people as the UK has become Unigestion’s largest non-domestic market.   All four investment lines (equities, multi-asset, alternatives and private equity) are fully represented in London with investment, sales and back office teams to serve UK clients.
