Morell returns to Constitution Capital after serving as the firm’s Summer Analyst in 2015. He will support the firm in the identification and evaluation of new investments in Europe.  Krause has over twenty years of experience as a senior executive leading international businesses headquartered in Germany. Most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer and Member of Management Board of Deutsche Bank, Germany’s largest bank. Leading mid-market private equity house LDC has strengthened its support for management teams with the appointment of Chris Coulton as Portfolio Director. Coulton joins LDC after 15 years at Deloitte where he specialised in advising mid-market private equity-backed businesses. In his new role, Coulton will work alongside LDC’s portfolio to deliver strategic and operational support that will help drive value and market-leading performance.     Coulton’s experience to date spans a range of sectors including manufacturing, energy, retail & consumer and support services.
