Clearsight Advisors, an independent merchant banking firm providing M&A and capital raising solutions to growth oriented Business & Technology services companies, has opened a new office in Dallas, Texas.
The new location, Clearsight’s first office outside of its headquarters location in Metropolitan Washington, DC, will be led by Clearsight Managing Director, Gretchen Frary Seay. Gretchen has been with Clearsight since the beginning of the firm directing its Big Data and Analytics practice.

CVC Capital Partners is opening an office in Poland, extending its global network to 23 offices. Krzysztof Krawczyk (pictured), a seasoned Central and Eastern European (CEE) investor, will join CVC in October as Head of Poland and will be based in Warsaw.
The office opening follows the recent agreement to invest in PKP Energetyka, the energy unit of the Polish National Railways (PKP).
