Global private markets investment firm Partners Group has appointed Michael Marquardt, Partner and Head of Business Services, to the firm’s executive team with responisbility for overseeing the firm’s business services platform.
New York-based private equity and financial advisory firm Delos Capital has added Ari Lefkovits and Andrew Schweibold as co-managing partners alongside current managing partner Matt Constantino. 
JP Morgan Private Capital, the venture and growth equity division of JP Morgan Asset Management, has added Joseph Siletto as a managing partner to its life sciences team, based in Boston, US. 
Carlyle Group has appointed Matt Savino as its new Head of Global Capital Markets following the departure of Brian Lindley who held the role for over seven years of his more than 13-year stint with the company, according to a report by Pensions & Investments.
Blue Owl Capital, a €162bn alternative asset manager know for its private credit, GP strategic capital and real estate platforms, has appointed Antonis Maggoutas as a managing director and Head of DACH for its Institutional Business Development team.
Blackstone has appointed Tyler Dickson, formerly Global Head of Investment Banking and Vice Chair of Banking & International at Citi, in a newly-created role leading client relations at Blackstone Credit & Insurance.
Baird Capital, a global private equity and venture capital arm of Baird, has promoted Louise Kingston to Partner. Kingston, who is part of the firm’s Portfolio Operations team, joined Baird Capital in London as a Director in January 2022.
New York-based international law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel has added Peter Williams as a Partner in the its office in New York, where he will serve as co-head of the firm’s private credit practice, effective 15 July.
 

Global private markets advisor Campbell Lutyens has appointed Gordon Bajnai as CEO, effective 1 September. Bajnai succeeds Andrew Sealey, who has been CEO since 2003, having first joined the business back in 1990. 
Global private equity firm Permira has appointed Anish Patel as Partner and Co-Head of Climate. In his new London-based role, Patel will co-lead Permira’s dedicated climate investing team alongside Kush Patel.
