Lower mid market growth investor Lyceum Capital has expanded its team to 24 with the appointments of Mark Swallow as Operations Manager, and Adam Lewis as Investment Executive. Sophie Rouland has joined mid-market private equity firm Activa Capital as an Investment Director.   Rouland, 39, previously worked for 10 years at Barclays Private Equity France, now Equistone Partners Europe.   Prior to Barclays Private Equity, Rouland worked for three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Paris in the audit and transaction services departments. Gresham, the mid-market Private Equity firm, has appointed Michaela Ellison as its new marketing manager.
