Perella Weinberg Partners has appointed Michael J. Dickman as a partner in its corporate advisory group. Based in New York, Dickman will be reunited with London-based partner Robert Maguire and a growing team of advisory professionals covering global energy sector clients. The addition of Dickman expands the firm’s coverage of the energy industry. Dickman has over 20 years of energy-related investment banking experience at Morgan Stanley where he was most recently a managing director and co-head of the global energy group. European private equity investor Silverfleet Capital has appointed Falko Westphalen as an investment executive in its Munich office. Silverfleet recently expanded its team in France with the appointment of Frederic Chiche, also as an investment executive, and is currently recruiting for its London team as well. Westphalen joins the team from Jefferies International where he worked as an analyst. Frédéric Bilas has joined European Fund Administration as the forthcoming NAV operations director. After a transition period of six months, he will replace Jean Paul Thomas on 1 July  2010, when the latter retires. Bilas will then also become a member of the executive committee. Bilas began his career at J.P. Morgan in Brussels and London, and then moved to Accenture Luxembourg as senior manager financial services. Afterwards, he was assistant manager of the organisation department of the Banque et Caisse d’Epargne de l’Etat in Luxembourg before joining Dexia BIL where he was head of securities until the end of
Partners Capital, a London and Boston based private investment office, has appointed Ethan Hall as director of research and Sean Farrell as an investment principal.  Hall was previously head of investment research at Centaur Financial Services, a USD100m fund management company he founded in 1995, which manages individually tailored portfolios for high net worth individuals and institutions.  Prior to founding Centaur Financial Services, Hall was a management consultant for Bain.   Farrell joins the team from 3i Quoted Private Equity, a 3i Group business which invests in public companies through negotiated transactions. Dominion Corporate Group, a provider of offshore management and administration based in Jersey, has added Graeme McArthur as head of funds.  McArthur (pictured) has over 20 years’ experience of the finance sector in Jersey, initially with KPMG and then moving into fund administration with Deutsche Bank and subsequently State Street.
