Quantum Workplace, a provider of employee engagement and performance software, has secured an investment from private equity firm, LLR Partners. The partnership is expected to help accelerate the Company’s growth through continued investment in its industry-leading software platform and sales and marketing engine, as well as in the exploration of strategic acquisition opportunities. Quantum Workplace will also advance its data science-based analytics and people-focused intelligence solutions.
VSS Capital Partners (VSS), a private investment firm investing in the healthcare, business services, and education industries, has made a growth investment in GLOBO Language Solutions (GLOBO), a global provider of technology-enabled, on-demand interpretation services. Financial terms of the private transaction have not been disclosed. The growth investment by VSS – a firm with over three decades of experience investing in and building technology-enabled businesses – will be used to pursue additional organic and inorganic growth, expand service offerings into new sectors, and scale up to meet the increased demand for cloud-based language support services.  Delancey Street Partners and Royer Cooper
Mercer Global Advisors (Mercer Advisors), a full-service wealth management firm and national Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) backed by Genstar Capital, has acquired Cordasco Financial Network (CFN), wealth management firm headquartered in Naples, Florida. CFN serves over 400 clients with assets under management (AUM) of approximately USD510 million. CFN was founded by Steve Cordasco, CEO, in 2011. CFN offers comprehensive financial planning and portfolio management to high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate clientele. Diligent, a specialist provider of SaaS solutions across governance, risk, compliance and ESG, has acquired Insightia, a SaaS provider of expert insights and intelligent analytics for listed companies, with a focus on shareholder activism, proxy voting and corporate governance. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Formed from the 2020 merger of Activist Insight and Proxy Insight, Insightia offers a single source of global public company information to a range of global investment banks, law firms, proxy solicitors, and other corporate advisors. Redstor, a data management and SaaS protection company, has secured a growth investment from Bregal Milestone, a European technology growth capital firm. With more than 40,000 customers worldwide, Redstor will use the financing to fuel its international expansion into the United States and accelerate its AI-enabled platform and overall growth.  Previous Redstor investor Beech Tree Private Equity realised its investment in full as part of the transaction.  Results served as corporate finance advisor to Redstor with Osborne Clarke serving as legal advisor for the transaction. Softline, a global IT and digital transformation provider, is to acquire Academy IT, a provider of corporate training and learning management solution. Academy IT, which creates, develops, and deploys bespoke corporate training solutions, will join Softline’s existing technology education and training business, including a learning centre where more than 300,000 information technology specialists have trained over the past 18 years.   London-listed Softline is also targeting expansion in the global education technology (EdTech) market, an industry which is forecast to grow to USD404 billion by 2025.

AI enabled fintech company Qraft Technologies has closed a USD146 million investment from SoftBank Group Corp. (SoftBank), which includes primary growth capital and secondary capital that will be used to fund share purchases from investors.
TMF Group, a provider of global administrative services, has completed the acquisition of Paraty Capital, a Brazilian fund administration platform which focuses on private equity, infrastructure, venture capital and private debt funds.
RLDatix, a international specialist in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions for healthcare, has secured a minority investment from Nordic Capital. Existing investors Five Arrows and TA Associates will continue to maintain a majority equity stake. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.   Nordic Capital brings decades of experience supporting the growth of innovative healthcare IT companies as well as additional financial strength and is joining Five Arrows and TA to support RLDatix in its organic and inorganic growth objectives. Most recently, RLDatix acquired Allocate Software, the leading provider of human capital management solutions that help healthcare organisations
Two sport and exercise scientists who established an app to improve employee wellbeing and performance have raised GBP800,000 from the North East Venture Fund (NEVF), supported by the European Regional Development Fund and managed by Mercia, to fund the next stage of growth.
