Skyline Robotics, developers of Ozmo, a high-rise window-cleaning robot, has raised USD6.5 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Skyline Standard Holdings. Karcher New Venture GmbH, Gefen Capital and others investors also participated. The funding comes as Skyline Robotics prepares for the first customer deployment of Ozmo in New York City. It will be used across a variety of business operations including expanding its New York City team, as well as continued product development and new capabilities to own the facade operations of the future. To date, Skyline Robotics has raised USD9 million.
KoRo Handels (KoRo) has raised EUR50 million in a Series B funding round, led by venture capital firm HV Capital. New investors in this round, which is a combination of primary and secondary investment, and venture debt, include foodtech specialist Five Season Ventures and global investment platform, Partech. KoRo sells high-quality and long-life food products directly to consumers in 16 countries in Europe. Its vision is to become Europe’s leading brand for high-quality natural food with transparent supply chains.
Eyelit, a specialist inManufacturing Execution (MES), Quality Management (QMS), and Factory Automation solutions, has secured a growth investment from Banneker Partners, an enterprise software focused investment firm. The investment will fund further growth in the Eyelit’s development of factory Digital Transformation Solutions.
Breyer Capital has made an investment in Sandbox AQ, an enterprise software company delivering SaaS solutions that leverage quantum tech and AI. In addition, Breyer Capital Founder and CEO Jim Breyer has joined the company’s board of advisors. Founded by successful serial entrepreneur, CEO and author Jack D Hidary, the inspiration for Sandbox AQ and some of its team began at Alphabet Inc in 2016. In 2022, Sandbox AQ formed an independent company to develop quantum AI solutions for financial services, healthcare, computer security, the US government and other computationally-intensive sectors.
Derbyshire headquartered, Alliance Transport Technologies (ATT), has secured a multi-million pound investment from BGF. Alliance has pioneered the use of remanufacturing electronic components to allow commercial vehicle operators to decarbonise the maintenance of their fleets. Over the last few years, ATT has extended this expertise into Hybrid Electric Battery Technology.   Using ATTs capabilities, UK bus, coach and commercial vehicle operators are now able to significantly expand the life of the Hybrid Batteries, delivering them both cost savings, reducing their carbon footprint and levels of e-waste.    BGF’s investment will enable ATT to accelerate investment in R&D, with the opening
Breyer Capital has joined people enablement platform AmplifAI’s Series A funding round. The round was previously announced in October 2021, led by Greycroft along with continued participation by LiveOak Venture Partners, Dallas Venture Partners and Capital Factory.
AE Industrial Partners (AEI), a US-based private equity firm specialising in aerospace, defence and government services, space, power and utility services, and specialty industrial markets, has led a USD75 million Series B financing round in Firefly Aerospace (Firefly), a specialist in economical launch vehicles, spacecraft, and in-space services. The Series B investment will support Firefly’s next stage of growth by providing capital for future Alpha flights, the Blue Ghost Lunar Lander Program, and the development of additional launch and in-space solutions.  Concurrently, AEI completed its previously reported acquisition of Noosphere Venture Partners’ stake in the Company. Aavenir, a leading AI-enabled Source-to-Pay solution provider, announced today that it has raised USD6 million in Series A funding led by Accel, with participation from ScOp Ventures. Accel also led Aavenir’s Seed round. Aavenir helps enterprise teams to collaborate, streamline, and automate workflow for sourcing, vendor onboarding, contract lifecycle management, procurement, obligation management, & accounts payable invoice automation – all on the world’s leading workflow platform, ServiceNow.
Affiliates of Stellus Capital Management (Stellus), a specialist in lower middle market direct lending, have provided senior debt financing and an equity co-investment in support of Altamont Capital Partners’ (Altamont) investment in Bishop Lifting Products (BLP). Founded in 1984, BLP is one of the largest providers of wire rope, slings, rigging, and related products in the United States. BLP’s dedicated employees help leading companies across all industries solve their lifting and industrial needs. 
Omnipresent, an SaaS-based global employment partner, has raised USD120 million in a Series B funding round led by Kinnevik, a European growth investor, and Tencent, a global technology company. Uncorrelated Ventures, a San Francisco-based investor, also participated, rounding out an investor list from Asia, Europe, and America.  The amount includes a pre-Series B round in the second half of 2021 and follows seed and Series A rounds in April 2020 and December 2020.
