LGL Group (LGL) has selected Allvue Systems to provide Fund Accounting and Investor Portal solutions to support its growing fund administration business. Allvue’s Fund Accounting software will provide LGL with a back-office system fully capable of offering fund administration and investor reporting services across different fund types including private equity, real estate, venture capital, and debt. MedTrainer, a healthcare company in credentialing, training, and compliance management, has made a $43 million Series B investment led by Vista Equity Partners, a global investment firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses. Existing investor Telescope Partners also participated in the round. The investment will be leveraged to accelerate MedTrainer’s growth trajectory through talent acquisition, product expansion, and partnership development.    The investment in MedTrainer was led by Vista’s Endeavor Fund, which provides growth capital and strategic support to market-leading, high-growth enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled companies that have achieved at least $10 million in recurring revenue.

Stellus Capital Management, LLC (Stellus), a in middle-market direct lending, has partnered with iCapital, the global fintech platform driving access and efficiency in alternative investing for the asset and wealth management industries. The partnership provides access to Stellus’ private credit strategy by leveraging iCapital’s industry-leading technology.
PolySign, a fintech company providing digital asset infrastructure to institutional investors, has acquired MG Stover, a full-service digital asset fund administrator. The acquisition supports PolySign’s Series C capital raise and adds key investors to its shareholder base including Soros Fund Management, Brevan Howard, and GSR.  Cowen Digital will also add to its equity position.
Salsify, the Commerce Experience Management (CommerceXM) platform, has closed a $200 million Series F round of financing led by TPG, a global alternative asset management firm. The round, which includes investments from Permira’s Growth Opportunities Fund, Neuberger Berman Funds, and Cap Table Coalition, brings Salsify’s valuation to $2 billion.   The new funding follows Salsify’s $155 million Series E round led by Warburg Pincus in September 2020, bringing total funding to over $450 million.
Tiger Global Asset Management has invested $30 million in Indonesian logistics startup Waresix, according to DealStreetAsia. The report cites regulatory filings for the information saying that the investment is part of larger Series B1 round being led by the New York-based investment firm.  As a rebuilt of the investment, Tiger Global’s stake in Waresix is now in excess of 8%.
