UBS Fund Services has implemented SunGard’s Investran Insight to provide investment managers and investors with interactive reporting, advanced analytics, and data visualisation across its private equity value chain.  SunGard’s Investran Insight delivers a customisable and user-friendly portal experience that integrates seamlessly with the UBS client web portal, UBS Fund Services Online. Through Investran Insight, UBS clients and their limited partners (LPs) will have access to a secure, interactive reporting experience with detailed information available on investors, funds and underlying portfolio companies. Arc International, which produces glass tableware under well-known brands including Luminarc, Arcoroc, Cristal d'Arques Paris and Chef & Sommelier, has secured a EUR60 million equity injection from an investor group led by Peaked Hill Partners (PHP). The investment completes the group’s recapitalisation and provides funds for the modernisation of the Group’s main production site in Arques, France.   In addition, the French State, through the Fonds de Développement Economique et Social (FDES) and Banque Natixis, has loaned the company EUR48.5 million, of which EUR26 million will be reimbursed within three weeks following closing. The remainder will mature within six months.

HarbourVest Global Private Equity (HVPE) is planning to move its listing on the Specialist Fund Market to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in early September 2015. In order to clear the way for a Main Market listing, HVPE needs to ensure that US share ownership is below 50%. Crowd2Fund has raised GBP2m from a range of UK and international investors, placing a national market value of GBP10m on the business which launched in August 2014. InAuth, a provider of mobile fraud prevention and mobile application security has secured a USD20 million Series A funding round led by Bain Capital Ventures.  The investment comes after a year of record growth, where the company added four of the five largest US banks as customers. Private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) has partnered with management to complete the acquisition of CJ Fallon Limited.  Based in Dublin, Ireland, CJ Fallon represents LLCP's first investment from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Europe, a EUR100 million private equity fund dedicated to investing in Europe.  CJ Fallon is a provider of educational content in both print and digital formats to primary and secondary schools throughout Ireland.
