Elasmogen – a biopharmaceutical company discovering and developing new therapeutics using its soloMERTM platform – has secured £8 million investment. Real assets investor Vision Ridge Partners has sold a portfolio of mitigation banking assets in southeast Texas. Over the past five years, Vision Ridge partnered with The Earth Partners, an ecological restoration company that seeks to maximise environmental, social, and financial outcomes, to develop and manage the portfolio.   Mitigation banks are properties with wetland, stream, or other aquatic resources that have been restored, established, or preserved in exchange for credits. Tendit Group, a portfolio company of private equity firm Osceola Capital, has acquired Salt Lake City-based Birrell Services.
