Over his 12-year career at CD&R, Rouzier has been actively involved in sourcing and evaluating new investments across Europe, as well as working with portfolio company management teams on post-acquisition value-building strategies and execution. Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, has appointed Simon Stilwell as a Non-Executive Director effective 18 December 2017. With over 20 years’ experience in the City, Stilwell was, until 2015, Chief Executive of Liberum, the investment bank that he co-founded in 2007. Prior to Liberum, Simon was Head of Sales for Small Companies at Collins Stewart plc and was also a Director at Beeson Gregory Limited. Goji, an investment manager and platform in the Direct Lending sector, has added two seasoned wealth management executives to its new advisory board. FRP Advisory has boosted its national Corporate Finance team with the appointment of Adrian Alexander as partner based in the firm’s Brighton office. Hayman will form part of the team responsible for developing and leading the delivery of the Aztec Group’s private equity fund services’ client proposition in Guernsey.
