Suzanne Streeter has joined Partners Capital, an outsourced investment office acting for endowments and foundations and ultra-high-net-worth families in Europe, North America and Asia, as a Senior Investment Principal to lead the firm’s Private Equity asset class in North America.
Streeter’s primary professional experience was at the Yale University Investments Office, where she was Associate Director for its Private Equity program. Yale is a leading proponent of Private Equity as a primary source of excess returns.

Venture capital firm Revolution Growth has appointed Steve Murray, a 20-year veteran of Softbank, who has overseen investments in a range of breakout companies, most recently backing Fitbit, xAd and Kabbage, as a partner.

Murray is the latest team member to
Pan-European mid-market investor Aurelius Group has added to its UK team with the appointment of Daniel Simon as Associate.
Simon will be based in the Group’s London office, working as part of the deal team to source and execute investments in companies that would benefit from the long-term strategic direction and financial and operational support that Aurelius provides. He begins his role at Aurelius with immediate effect.
Simon joins Aurelius from PwC, where he worked as a Manager on the financial restructuring team in the firm’s Business Recovery Services practice. He has over six years’ experience in financial restructuring,
LBO France has appointed Louis-Roch Burgard and Sophie Chateau as Partners.
Burgard also becomes a Member of the Executive Board and Chateau becomes Head of Investor Relations.

Burgard joined LBO France in 2015, within the private equity Mid-Cap team White Knight.
As part of the Executive Board of LBO France, which is from now on composed of six members, Burgard joins Robert Daussun, CEO, Marie-Astrid Auriol, Stéphanie Casciola, Jacques Franchi and Gilles Taldu.
Chateau, who manages a six-strong team, has previous experience in fund-raising processes for both private equity and real estate activities.

Law firm Bryan Cave has made two new appointments in its London office. Corporate Partner Sarah Atkinson joins the Transactions Client Service Group from Hogan Lovells, while Associate Yannis Erifillidis joins the Financial Services Client Service Group from Norton Rose Fulbright.
Atkinson’s experience concentrates on cross-border M&A, private equity and general corporate advisory work. She has been recognised by The Legal 500 UK for her M&A work, specifically relating to upper mid-market and premium deals, and is well known in her key industry sectors – retail (fashion and luxury brands), hospitality and energy.
Erifillidis is a senior associate with
European growth private equity firm Keensight Capital has appointed David Piccoli as a Senior Analyst.
Piccoli has over three years of experience in private-equity investing within Europe, and has developed a particularly strong expertise in the healthcare sector.
He began his career in 2013 as an analyst within the Healthcare team of the 3i group and actively helped this team to become independent from the 3i group, a process which established a new entity, the investment fund ArchiMed. Leveraged finance partner Olivier Vermeulen has joined the Paris office of law fimr Paul Hastings as a partner and head of the Finance practice in the office.
Vermeulen joins from King & Wood Mallesons, where he was head of the Paris Finance department, and brings a team of three lawyers with him.
 
Vermeulen has broad experience in leveraged finance, funds financing, structured finance, debt restructuring and general lending and securitisation, advising financial institutions and private equity funds. He is recognised in Chambers Europe and Legal 500 EMEA for Banking & Finance.

Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors has appointed James K Hunt as Managing Partner & CEO of Middle Market Credit. In addition to focusing on corporate credit product development, he will work with the firm’s senior credit team based in Chicago and the junior capital team based in New York.
Those teams will continue to be led, respectively, by middle market lending veterans Ken Leonard, Al Ricchio, Andy Marek, and Doug Goodwille in Chicago and Tom Archie, John McNulty and Jenna Young in New York.

LendInvest, an online lender for short-term property finance, has appointed its first in-house legal counsel to the company’s expanding team.
Ruth Pearson joins LendInvest from Simmons & Simmons where she was a Managing Associate in the Banking team. Ruth joined Simmons & Simmons as a trainee in 2007 and qualified in 2009. During her eight years in private practice, Ruth advised a wide range of financial institutions and borrowers on various banking and real estate finance transactions; she also spent nine months on secondment to the Real Estate Restructuring team at RBS.

Richard Lenane has been appointed as Managing Partner with effect from 1 January 2016 in succession to Hugh Richards who will retire from the firm after its AGM at the end of June. Elsewhere in the team, Carl Lavin and James Gunton have been made Directors, while Partner and Finance Director Craig Vickery’s role will be broadened to encompass responsibility for the firm’s operations.
