Lonsdale Capital Partners, a private equity firm focussed on the smaller end of the market, has appointed Andrew Chetwood as an Associate.
Chetwood will be working across the business, focused initially on deal implementation for the existing pipeline of acquisitions as well as supporting the current portfolio. He joins Lonsdale Capital Partners from EY (Ernst and Young) where he worked in Operational Transaction Services on deals in consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and oil and gas, advising clients on operational issues in transactions both pre and post deal.
Prior to this he was an operations consultant at Chartwell Consulting and Stroud
Victory Park Capital (VPC), an asset management firm focused on middle market debt and equity investments, has promoted five investment professionals in its Chicago office to the firm’s leadership team.
Charles Asfour, Partner, will continue to be responsible for originating, executing and managing private debt and equity investments in middle market companies across a number of industries. First Derivatives (FD), a provider of software and consulting services, has appointed Virginia Gambale to the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
A US citizen, Gambale has extensive experience as an enterprise technology buyer in capital markets, a technology venture capital partner and an independent director across diverse industry sectors.
Gambale is managing partner of Azimuth Partners LLC, which assists in the development of strategies for growth, innovation and international expansion. Independent corporate, fund and private client services provider JTC has appointed Will Cameron (pictured) in a Director role as the Head of the firm’s Fareham office
which is an operational centre for some of the Group’s client administration, accountancy and corporate secretarial services.
Cameron joined JTC in 2015 from Saltgate (UK) Limited where he worked as a Director of Client Services with responsibility for all accounting and administration deliverables. Prior to this, he was with the Capita Financial Group working in their Fund Administration division with a specific focus on the real estate sector.
In heading up the management of
Thomas (Tom) Malone has joined the CEA Capital Advisors’ Investment Banking business as a Senior Managing Director.
Malone will focus on the acquisition and divestiture advisory business as well as the capital raising business for companies in the technology, media and telecommunications industries. He will be based in CEA’s New York office.

Anthemis Group has appointed Moven founder and CEO Brett King as Venture Partner.
King will continue at the helm of Moven, the mobile banking application he founded in 2012.
As a Venture Partner Brett will work closely with Anthemis’ global advisory business, offering its clients his experience and insights to source and structure deals amongst startups and incumbents, while also leveraging his extensive network to their benefit.

Karl McEneff is to step back from day to day executive responsibilities at SuMi TRUST Global Asset Services but will remain within the organisation taking up the role of Chairman and non-Executive Director of SuMi TRUST Ireland with effect from 01 March 2015.

Ray Iler, former regional leader of Deloitte's hedge fund practice on the West Coast, has joined the Financial Services Organization's Wealth & Asset Management practice of Ernst & Young.
Iler, who also served as the lead of Deloitte's Emerging Manager Platform, will provide professional services to EY's hedge fund, private equity and venture capital clients. Iler was also the audit lead for Deloitte's Growth Enterprise Services team in San Francisco.
