KKR is further expanding its global energy and infrastructure business in Asia with the appointment of Tony Schultz as managing director in Sydney. Phoenix Equity Partners, the UK mid-market private equity firm, has appointed Warwick Nash as operating director. Ian Kelly has been appointed group chief executive officer of the Augentius Group. Kelly (pictured) has been with Augentius since its inception 11 years ago.   He has progressed through the business in a number of roles and more recently has been responsible for the launch of the company’s Luxembourg office, the Netherlands service, the development of the group’s Belfast operational centre and the Augentius depositary service.   He was previously group head of client delivery and led the recent Asian development within Augentius.   Kelly has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services, fund administration and private equity

Livingstone’s London office has appointed Karen Dawaf, Tom Smith and Lewis Gray. Dawaf qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 2011, before joining the corporate finance advisory practice. She spent two years advising clients on sell-side and buy-side transactions and joins Livingstone’s business services sector team as an associate.   Smith qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC where he spent three years with clients in the financial services sector and a further year in the firm’s transactional modelling team, gaining particular experience in the industrial and consumer sectors. He joins Livingstone’s industrial sector team as an analyst.  
Boutique fund services provider Moore Group has boosted its team with the appointment of Emma Price, an accountant specialising in private equity funds, as a senior manager.
