The new Day and Weekend Futures complement the existing cash settled Phelix Futures for Germany/Austria available for trading on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, closing the gap between the Spot and Derivatives Market. The launch is in response to the trend towards more flexibility and short-term trading on the Derivatives Market. EPM Live will become part of Silverback’s PowerSteering Software business. The Autobahn App Market not only consolidates hedge funds, fund of funds and private equity applications in a single sign-on, intuitive environment, it also gives alternative investment managers access to the full resources of Deutsche Bank, including industry research, analytic tools and customised reporting included in the existing package. Asset Match, the UK’s first electronic platform for trading shares in private companies, has acquired Sharemark, the online stock market for smaller listed and non-listed companies, for an undisclosed sum.  Sharemark is designed to provide a low cost, online secondary trading platform.    Sharemark and its multilateral trading facility (MTF) will be rebranded as Asset Match. The new Asset Match MTF will enable more cost effective, liquid and transparent share trading and should be attractive to companies who are not considering a public listing, as well as those companies delisting from the AIM and PLUS markets.   Companies previously admitted

SimpliVity, a provider of simplified software defined data centre in a box solutions, has secured USD25m in series B funding led by Silicon Valley-based Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB).
