Andera Partners is to sell its life sciences portfolio company ReViral, to Pfizer for a total consideration of up to USD525 million.
ReViral is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing, and commercialising novel antiviral therapeutics, with an initial focus on treating respiratory syncytial virus (RSV).
The proposed transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.

InvestorFlow, a provider of cloud-based investor portals for alternative asset managers, has merged with Cloud Theory, a cloud-enabled enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software platform for alternative asset managers and investment banks.
The company has also closed a USD30 million Series A investment from Ambina Partners, which will help accelerate the combined company’s continued growth.

Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Annapolis, MD, VIP offers a comprehensive range of eye services and treatments. With more than 140 practitioners operating out of 65 clinics and 11 surgery centres, the Company is among the region’s leading ophthalmology providers.
Jüsto, an online grocer in Latin America with operations in Mexico, Brazil and Peru, has raised a USD152 million in a Series B investment led by growth equity firm General Atlantic.
New and existing investors Tarsadia Capital, Citius, Arago Capital, Foundation Capital and Quiet Capital also participated in the round, among others.
