Pantheon, a global provider of diversified private markets investment solutions, has made a number of promotions including four new partners.
All of the new Partners are in the firm’s global Investor Relations teams
The four new Partners are:
• John Greenwood, Head of Canada in our North American Investor Relations team, who joined Pantheon in 2010 and manages client relationships in Canada
• Michael Hutten, Head of US Private Wealth, who joined Pantheon in 2018 to expand relationships with financial advisors and their high-net worth investors
• Jinman Kim, Head of South Korea in our Asian Investor Relations team, who
MidOcean Partners (MidOcean), a premier New York-based alternative asset manager specialising in alternative credit investments and middle-market private equity, has appointed Jamil Nathoo as a Managing Director of MidOcean Credit.
In this role, he will be responsible for expanding MidOcean’s institutional relationships and CLO platform.
Nathoo recently served as Head of Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) and Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) Syndicate at Goldman Sachs, where he managed the global marketing and distribution process for CLO and ABS issuance. Based in New York, he will report to Dana Carey, Chief Investment Officer of MidOcean Credit.
Harris Williams, a global investment bank specialising in M&A advisory services, has appointed Dr Julian Feneley as Managing Director, Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS).
Feneley brings close to 30 years of healthcare and life sciences industry experience to Harris Williams, and will lead HCLS’s European efforts, building on the firm’s expertise across the group’s key verticals, including pharma services, medical devices, and numerous healthcare provider segments.
Feneley was most recently Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Europe at Macquarie Capital (investment banking division of Macquarie Group).
Private investment firm Littlejohn & Co (Littlejohn) has promoted five individuals across the firm.
In the Private Equity group, Thomas Bennet, Charles Leung, and William McDavid have been promoted to Principal. In the Operations & Administration group, Michelle Ayaz has been promoted to Assistant Controller and Andrew Hof has been promoted to Senior Accountant.
Bennet joined Littlejohn in 2011 and has played key roles in a number of transactions including Contech, GSE Environmental, Interior Specialists Inc., Patient Point Health Technologies, and Tidel.
Leung joined Littlejohn in 2013 and has been significantly involved in a number of transactions including Alltech,
Global alternative investment firm Värde Partners as promoted three senior investment professionals to the role of Partner: Jim Dunbar, Aneek Mamik and Carlos Sanz Esteve.
Water Asset Management (WAM) has appointed Erin Heitkamp as Vice President, Sustainability and Farm Product Marketing.
Heitkamp will lead WAM’s vision, strategy and execution around key performance indicators of sustainability and positive impact for our portfolios of agriculture assets and water resources.
Heitkamp brings more than 20 years of experience driving sustainability initatives. For nearly 15 years, she served in various leadership roles at Northwest Airlines and Delta Air Lines focused on advancing the airlines’ and the industry’s positions on climate change, renewable fuels, and sustainability.
PwC UK has appointed Hugh Lloyd Ellis as leader of its Private Equity business.
Lloyd Ellis has worked at PwC for over 15-years, including two years in Hong Kong firm, supporting clients through the deals process as a Transactions Services partner.
As the Private Equity leader he brings a deep sector market knowledge and the best of PwC’s technical capabilities from across the UK to its clients.
Pathway, a private market portfolio solutions provider with more than USD90 billion of assets under management from private equity, private credit, and infrastructure mandates, has appointed Andrea Almeida Mack as a Senior Vice President–Head of Consultant Relations in the firm’s Providence, Rhode Island, office.
Mack brings extensive investment management experience that dates back more than 20 years. Prior to joining Pathway, she was a Managing Director–Institutional Marketing and Consultant Relations at The TCW Group. In that role, Mack focused on building relationships with consultants in the Midwest and West regions of the United States. Prior to that, she was a
Middle market private equity firm Odyssey Investment Partners has promoted nine members of its investment team, effective 1 January, 2022.
Livingbridge, a UK mid-market private equity investor, has made 17 new promotions, including those of Susie Stanford, Simon Peet and Simon Hollingsworth to Partner.
Stanford has over 14 years’ experience in financial services, having begun her career at Goldman Sachs as an Equity Derivatives & Cross Assets Sales Trader in 2007, before joining Sapinda Principal Investments and Blue Coast Capital in 2013 and 2015 respectively.
Hollingsworth joined Livingbridge in 2017 as an Investment Director, following a career spanning strategy consulting, M&A, operations, e-commerce and marketing – including a four-year stint at PwC.
