SRS Acquiom has appointed Scott C Ganeles, an accomplished financial services executive, to the company’s Board of Directors.
Ganeles previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Ipreo Holdings (Ipreo), a financial services solutions and data provider for capital market participants. Under Scott’s leadership, Ipreo’s business and market share grew significantly and attracted notable equity investors including Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co LP (KKR), Blackstone (NYSE: BX) and the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division. Ipreo was acquired in 2018 by IHS Markit (Nasdaq: INFO), a leading critical information, analytics and solutions company.
Ganeles began his career as President of the

Duff & Phelps has appointed Jacco Brouwer as leader of its European Debt Advisory practice, further strengthening its debt advisory and restructuring offerings.
Brouwer joins Duff & Phelps from global business advisory firm AlixPartners, where he served as head of debt advisory, and brings to the firm more than 27 years of experience in banking and finance with significant expertise advising private equity and corporate clients on debt raisings and refinancings. He is focused on leveraged buyout loans, growth and acquisition finance and asset-backed loans.

Renaissance Capital, an emerging and frontier markets investment bank, has appointed Sofya A Donets, CFA as Director, Russia & CIS Economist.
Donets will be leading the firm’s macroeconomic analysis of Russia and CIS countries in the research department. She will be based in Moscow and report to Charles Robertson, Global Chief Economist.

SANNE, a provider of alternative asset and corporate business services, has appointed a new director and head of business development for Mauritius and India. The move comes following SANNE’s announcement last year to expand the business and open an office in Mumbai, India.
Based in SANNE’s Mauritius office, Varounen Goinden will have a key role in developing and driving the business development strategy for Mauritius and India while continuing to deliver on SANNE’s expansion strategy in the region by generating new business leads and growing the brand.

Chapman has over 10 years’ experience in business development, with five of those working in the legal sector. He joins from Shoosmiths, where he held the position of Bid and New Business Manager for almost three years. Prior to this, he spent over two and a half years at Hill Dickinson.
