Stephenson’s has extensive experience in the funds world, most recently as Head of Funds at Estera, and previously at Trident Trust.
At Estera, Brad oversaw the firm’s Cayman fund offering. This included fund directorships and related fiduciary services to Cayman corporate structures. Prior to this he accumulated over 10 years’ experience in the Cayman funds industry as a business development manager and has significant skills in the day-to-day management of funds in markets including the UK, US,
London-based investment manager Downing has appointed Tom Moore to lead its asset management capability.
Prior to joining Downing, Moore was previously Director for Foresight Group, where he was responsible for overseeing a significant portfolio of renewable energy investments and also built a 30-strong team covering the sector.

Law firm Dentons has appointed Michael Bosco as a new partner in the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice in Italy. In his new role, he will be responsible for launching and leading the US Desk in Italy.
Bosco, an American lawyer and member of the New York Bar, has been working in Italy for more than 20 years, having founded and served as managing partner of Shearman & Sterling’s Italian offices.
Bosco has extensive experience in cross-border capital market transactions, as well as in M&A, corporate finance and private equity. He has worked on important IPOs, privatisations and high-yield transactions.
The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) has appointed of Corinne Lamesch as the new Chairperson of ALFI following its annual general meeting. The appointment is effective immediately and will run for two years initially. In addition, a new Board of Directors has been elected.
Lamesch has been a member of the ALFI Board of Directors since June 2017 and has actively participated in a number of ALFI Technical Committees and Working Groups.
