Independent alternative asset investment advisory firm MVision has made three senior appointments in the firm’s New York office.
Kay Blackwell and Erica Johnson have joined as Managing Directors and William Riedlinger as Director, significantly strengthening the firm’s capabilities in the USA and globally.
Blackwell joins from Citi Private Bank, where she spent over nine years in both New York and London, responsible for global private equity, real estate and private debt product management. At MVision, she will manage global fundraising efforts for the firm’s clients and work with GPs and investors globally.

European venture capital firm Truffle Capital has promoted Antoine Pau and Alexandre Ouimet-Storrs partner status.
Pau (35) joined Truffle Capital in 2008 as Investment Director in the life sciences sector. Formerly, he managed legal audits of pharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as private equity fundsat Mazars, where Antoine also conducted financial due diligences for tech companies in the Transaction Services department.
Pau is a Board member of Theradiag (Alternext: ALTER), Abivax, Biokinesis, Deinobiotics and Diaccurate, all of them Truffle portfolio companies. A PharmD and an ESSEC graduate (MSc in Management), Pau is also an adjunct lecturer at Sciences
NorthEdge Capital (NorthEdge), a private equity firm focused on investing in companies in the North of England, has promoted Emma Rawlinson to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Rawlinson, an experienced chartered accountant and debt advisory practitioner, has been an integral member of the NorthEdge team, operating as Finance Director since the company’s inception in 2009. Em Rawlinson ma originally joined from Deloitte where she was a Manager in the Debt Advisory department, responsible for developing the firm’s National Debt Advisory business.

Private equity investment firm HarbourVest Partners has established an office in Toronto, with Senia Rapisarda joining as a Principal to lead the local presence in Canada.
HarbourVest currently manages USD1.5 billion on behalf of several institutional Canadian investors. Senia Rapisarda has been working with HarbourVest for over a year on a consulting basis to explore the Canadian market opportunity and help develop plans for a local presence.

David Maughan has been appointed Managing Director within Navigant’s Valuation & Financial Risk Management practice. He will lead transaction advisory efforts for Navigant Capital Advisors, the Firm’s registered broker-dealer subsidiary.

Investment firm KKR has appointed Anand Sinha, former Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), as an industry advisor to the firm, effective immediately.
