GenNx360 Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on industrial business-to-business companies, has appointed Matthew Guenther as partner. Guenther joined GenNx360 in January 2007 and has since served as a leading principal on several of GenNx360’s portfolio investments including GVI Security Solutions, a provider of video surveillance and security software and services; Trimaster Manufacturing, an integrated manufacturer of precision components and complex sub-assemblies for sophisticated machinery; and Vertex Group, a business process outsourcing and customer management outsourcing provider. Gregory Gleason has joined Corigin Holdings, a real estate investment and private equity company, as director of finance. Gleason joins from Credit Suisse Private Equity, where he was an executive with DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners, responsible for underwriting acquisitions, sourcing deals and conducting due diligence, as well as portfolio management and fund-raising.  At Credit Suisse, he participated in global opportunistic real estate acquisitions totaling more than USD400m of invested equity. Previously, Gleason served with the special asset management group of Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. His responsibilities included management of distressed commercial real estate loans, acquisition and disposition of REO
