US private equity major General Atlantic has added Neal Kok, a Director at rival private investment firm KKR, to its team as it looks to bolster its operations in Australia, according to a report by the Australian Financial Review.

Fund administration provider Suntera Global has appointed James Harries as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions as part of its global growth strategy. In his new London-based role, Harries will be responsible for driving the firm’s M&A activity.
